About the trek

Patalsu is the classic first snow summit from Manali. The trail climbs through fir and oak forest straight above Solang valley to a rounded snow top that looks across to Hanuman Tibba, the Seven Sisters and the Dhauladhar.

It is short enough for a long weekend and high enough to feel like a real summit. On summit day your trek leader decides how far the batch goes based on that day's snow.
