About Patalsu Peak Trek

Explore the moderately easy summit of Patalsu Peak, standing at 4200m (13,800 ft) near Manali. The trail begins at Solang village and winds through meadows, pine, deodar, and oak forests, home to Monals and Pheasants, among other wildlife, for two days until reaching the summit. Campsites along the way provide panoramic views of the entire Kullu valley, Hanuman Tibba, Friendship Peak, and Manali Peak. From the Patalsu summit, marvel at a vast expanse of snow-covered mountains dominating the Kullu valley, with stunning views into Lahaul and Spiti. With traditional Kullu hospitality and the signature forests of Manali, the Patalsu trail offers breathtaking vistas of the Beas Kund peaks, including Hanuman Tibba, making it an ideal summit for beginners!
